Improvements

• Minor adjustments to the Upload to cloud page when an error occurs.
• Workaround to avoid Equalizer showing up as Offline when its not actually Offline.
• Show Ground Fault information on the Charger Product card when there's a ground fault detected between the car and the charger.
• Add upload to cloud button to Circuit completed page, to make it clearer that its important to Upload to Cloud for things to show up correctly in the Portal.
• Show warning if you try and create a circuit with a fuse rating that exceeds the site's rated current.

Fixes

• Should now be able to use the currently connected WiFi network on your device, to fill in the network name, should you need to.
• Handle Equalizers with empty modbus configurations, which would sometimes result in the Site overview page crashing.
