• Snackbar notices now shown with a new background colour.

Fixes

• Loading indicator would spin forever when changing the Equalizer's wifi network, rebooting it, or changing the main fuse protection limit.
• Loading indicator would spin forever when rebooting a charger.
• Charging at 100% when the charger thinks its limited by the charger's max current limit would show up as a charging restriction in yellow, thats now fixed.
