Unable to (un)lock cable from app with user account

I can activate / deactivate the permanent cable lock from website with my "user" account but I cannot do it from the app using the same account.
I can do this from the app and the website with my other "administrator" account.
app version: 1.3.2
charger version: v291

I think ultimately we plan to move towards "user" accounts only being able to "use" , i.e. not change settings like that. So the app is right, but the rest of the system hasn't caught up yet.
We might have been a bit too fast on the trigger though, so we might revert it back for a bit longer.
