Since the latest software issues at Easee, the site users at our site no longer have access to the app for the individual charger. The site users are getting a message that reads
"You do not have permission to view or manage this charger"
See attached picture. This is very inconvenient, can you respond and let us know why this has occured when it was working before?
I have the same issue with my charger. Came out of nothing, from one day to the other day.
Is there anything I can do?
I’ll bring it up on Monday. It’s normally related to access levels on the site and charger.
Do you know what day it started happening ?
Also whether you use rfids or you normally see the blue fingerprint button in the app after plugging in the cable.

There was a deployment with our cloud services on the 6th of October that might explain the difference in behaviour. Will get to the bottom of it asap.
It might be worth going to the Tools page for your site in the Easee Portal (easee.cloud) - In there there's a section called Access Control.
Your charger is showing as Unlinked to the site's access control, and it has no users listed under it.
So its worth clicking the Link charger button to link it to the site's access control, that might help you out.
Doesn’t work. The button „link charger“ isn‘t clickable. It’s white with grey font and not blue with white font as the other clickable buttons.
And when I try to click the charger in the products section the app says „forbidden“
But adding the charger again via the Easee Portal solved the problem!

Are the chargers on you site dedicated chargers for specific people, or are they open for anyone to park and use?
Trying to understand whether a particular charger is reserved for a particular apartment or house. Might help in trying to advise what to change in terms of setup, or whether we have an issue present in our system.
Everything has been working in regard to app access over the last 2 months and we have not made any changes, so something has changed on your part.
Yes, every charger is physically reserved for a particular house. In the portal, the specific user is added as an approved user under access under the specific charger. The users have been added as site users.
Choosing Easee as an operator or using no operator doesn't change the problem.
