Not possible to move the circuit to new

When trying to add a customer EH to the site they have set up. the customer received a notification saying "something went wrong while accepting the transfer circuit confirmation" when they tried to add it. it seems to be stuck between this.
The problem is consistent and a problem for all users.

What is happening with this ticket. Still not possible to move chargers between sites or delete sites.

Is this being fixed anytime soon? We have this problem on charge sites as well. Impossible to move or delete chargers from sites
