Equalizer disappears from app when installation is done. There is just a empty grey page.
Cannot be deleted and re-added either.

So version 1.1.7 with that fix in place has been submitted to Apple. Public beta build via TestFlight should be available as soon as Apple approve the beta build. Should be available on the App Store tomorrow or the day after.
Will submit to Google Play as soon as the Apple stuff has been sorted.
After a brief discussion with the firmware developers, it turns out the meter type 'Kampstrup 6841138' is not fully understood by the Equalizer at this time. They are working on it, so shouldnt take too long, but they asked me if you guys could take a closeup photo of your meter, would be helpful :)
Jampe, here's the reply from the firmware developer : "It's mostely to confirm that the meter he has is a TN meter. (There is a little diagram on the front of it) But if this is a swedish customer I guess it is safe to assume TN"
Ok Christoffer, I've fixed handling in the app code base so at least it wont show a boring gray screen any more. I'm checking with the embedded developers that build the firmware for the Equalizer regarding the problematic data field values, to see if there is something they need to sort out in firmware just in case.
Hopefully the app fix will be available over the weekend, but failing that, it will absolutely be there next week.
Thanks so much for your information Christoffer, very helpful! :D
Just wanted to let you know @Christoffer Duncker, that your Equalizer has been upgraded to v65, with support for your meter type. I expect the rest of you will get v65 or higher when its ready.
Thanks, I need the Equalizer serial number, it will be a string with 2 letters (either EQ,QH or QC) followed by 6 digits, so for example EQ123456. Unfortunately I cannot look it up from the product serial.

Hi Jampe.
Yes I've heard about this happening to someone, but haven't been able to pin point whats going on here from this end. Initially I thought it was some weird state information associated with some specific equalizers, but I've tried every kind of weird combination of field data and numbers without any luck.
So yeah, would you be able to tell me the serial number of the Equalizer? Then I'll take a closer look, should be an easy fix if I can reproduce the problem.

Yup same problem, same solution (as Chris and Lars above).

ok no worries Jampe, Petter, Chris and Lars have all been very helpful here, I was able to reproduce and fix it, so an app update will be uploaded as soon as we are able. I except it to be released during the weekend or next week, depending on certain things outside of my control (unfortunately).

Very quick fix thank you. Now just need a firmware a fix for apparently not yet supported meters then 😁
Alek Slater
Thanks. Yes Jampe, Easee has top notch firmware developers. Coming soon to an Equalizer near you.
Jampe Uppgård
Wouldn't mind getting the new firmware. I see my buddies already have it installed

Of course Jampe, ill ask the firmware dev now :D
Alek Slater
ive told him, so yeah, let me know if u get it or not, ill remind him if he forgets.
Jampe Uppgård
Perfect yes I got it very quickly. Thank you. Now I can start testing it out properly 👍

The meter is a Kamstrup omnipower. We all have the same meter. Or do you need any info from the actual meter?

Just in case its not clear where you can see that, you can either see it on the Equalizer itself, or by logging into this page here:
