Newly installed charging robot is offline.
Tried to reset charger as well as turn off the power for a minute or so.
Does not function.
What can we do?

I'm having this same problem. I have done like instructed but the chargers still show up "offline" in the portal.

I can see that the charger has wi-fi (from the installer app and 192.168.0.4) and could see that the signal was strong enough. Phone and wifi analyzer app gives me better connectivity than the -75 dbm requirement. 2.5 GHz like in the manual.

The charger does charge cars when using an RFID but all of them show up as offline in the portal.

I used the Installer app for installing because the local IP user interface wouldn't let me continue and wanted to use the installer app instead.

There have been a few times that I have managed to find local wi-fi networks via the portal from the product.

Site type: Easee Charge
Operator: Easee
Circuits: 2 * 3 chargers

I have the problem that the charger (2 days ago installed) is offline since a couple of hours and the LED is complete off. I cut electricity for a minute and restarted it, all LED went on in white, some pulsing and dark again. Looks like that the charger has an issue to fully boot. Any idea to fix it?!?

Newly installed chargers will sometimes take a few hours to show up, in some cases a day, so I would wait 1 day, then try to contact support if that still does not help.

Thank you for responding so fast :-)
Tried again today, unsuccessfully unfortunately.
I can't find the contact for support. Can you supply me with a link, please.
Thanks in advance.

Oh right, that charger is up and running, the offline flag is a bit slow sometimes, but I will notify support for you.

Hi Dagmar, is it possible to add the charging robot to WIFI? I have checked the history of the cellular strength and it is very poor. this can be done by accessing the local WIFI interface (192.168.4.1) connect to the chargers local WIFI and then add WIFI to the charging robot. let me know if you have any issues.

Thank you for your advice. I still have some issues. I think I need a very thourough step-by-step description. When I try accessing the local WIFI interface (192.168.4.1.) through a browser on my phone and my phone is connected to the EASEE W-lan I get the message that there is no internet connection and nothing else will happen, if I change the W-lan to our active one with internet connection at home I get the message "the page can not be reached". I can still not have two W-lan connections on my phone at the same time, can I?

Thanks for letting me know.
Can you follow the below steps;

Before you start - Delete internet history/cache.
Turn phone onto airplane mode.

1) Press and hold the button on the charger for 5 seconds until the LED light turns green
2) open the WIFI setting on your phone and select EHXXXX...
3) open up your internet browser on your phone and enter - 192.168.4.1
4) enter the pin of the charger
5)Settings
6) Connect to a local WIFI
