Support cost per kWh in EUR should support 4 digits

In Germany price of kWh is often 4 digits, e.g. 27.13 EUR cent per kWh or 0.2713 EUR. Portal only supports two digits. For the report it would be better to support the exact price with 4 digits if you want a correct report.
