Show notification if charging speed is reduced due to type 2 cable spec.

My Easee Home is connected to a single phase 32A fuse. However, not all type 2 charging cables can charge with 32A on a single phase. Some type 2 cables are limited to 20A on a single phase.
Since the cable communicates with the charger, the charger determines the maximum amps for the cable. The amps are also also shown in the Easee App, but it does not show the reason _why_ the charging speed is reduced. As such, a notification if the charging speed is reduced/limited due to the type 2 cable spec. would be really helpful. Something along the lines of 'Charging speed reduced due to type 2 cable limitations'.
