Ich finde die Internetoberfläche und auch die Smartphone-Oberfläche extrem (!) unübersichtlich und wenig intuitiv!!
Ich bin Einzelbenutzer. Zum Abrufen meines Verbrauchs muss ich in dem neuen Seitendesign schon wieder suchen, weil es irgendwo als ein "Unterpunkt" programmiert ist. Das ist das Wichtigste und gehört deshalb auf die oberste Ebene, wo man es sofort findet. Das gleiche gilt für das Einstellen der Ladeleistung mittels Smartphone. Jedes Mal das Suchen, weil das irgendwo unter "ferner liefen" programmiert ist. Das gehört noch "oben", wo man es sofort findet. Kann man statt der Stromstärke auch direkt die Leistung angeben?
Kann die App nicht auch so programmiert werden, dass sie auf einer älteren Android Version läuft?
Ich bin nicht besonders zufrieden mit der Bedienung!

Ich finde es äußerst wichtig, dass die abgegebene Leistung auf unterschiedliche RFID Chips einzeln abgerufen werden kann!!
Habe geplant meine Easee mit einigen Mitbewohnern zu teilen, da ist das unverzichtbar. Bitte so bald wie möglich einbauen!!

Hatte beim Kauf gedacht, die Easee Home macht kann ihre RFID's einzeln auslesen. Was auf jeden Fall auch meine Kaufentscheidung beeinflusst hat. Leider geht das "noch nicht"! Ich bin super zufrieden mit der Box. Jetzt hoffe ich, dass die innovativen Wikinger das auch noch hin bekommen. Wenn ich gerade dabei bin. Meine 2 Boxen sind nicht am gleichen Stromkreis angeschlossen. Ein Mail zum Support und schwupps wurde ich angerufen und mir wurde per Fernzugriff alles konfiguriert. Das nenn ich mal Kundenfreundlichkeit. DAUMEN HOCH!

Hi. We have setup with 20 Easee Charge. When users sign in to Easee App, they get the total consumption, not their personal consumption. Total consumption is not relevant for most of our users, but their own consumption is relevant :)

We are installing chargers in many depots and will be billing employee drivers for the power used based on reports from the website. It would be really helpful if users were able to see reports of their own power consumption per RFID card and site, for a given period in the app, including cost for the power. This would eliminate the need to provide a report to each driver to show what they will be billed.

I use two RFID Tags (from Tibber) to start the charger. It would be great to get a report (every charging Prozess, daily, weekly, monthly etc.) in the App and Cloud for every RFID Tag registered to the charger.

We have 2 chargers, one of them is outside so we have enabled RFID tags to enable it. I would like to have logs of who is charging and statistics of how many kwh they have used.

I have two easee RFID tags, one for my wife's car and one for my car. My car is a firmcar, and I would like to generate a report of kWh/month for only my RFID tag, because I use my RFID tag to charge my car only. I don't see that kind of report in the easee cloud yet.

Wenn mehrere dieselbe Ladestation teilen, kann der Verbrauch der einzelnen Personen genau berechnet werden. Das hilft bei der Abrechnung.

I have a suggestion to improve the consumption reports.
Use case : A customer has 2 RFID keys, one for the private car and one for the business car. The customer wants to submit the invoice only for the business car.
The customer should be given the option to set a filter for one RFID before exporting so he can export the consumed energy and costs only for this RFID.
If necessary, this can be expanded afterwards and give the possibility to filter per users.

Yes this would be awesome to differentiate between company and private car consumption. Ideally with the charged kWh per period.

Please let common users select consumption per RFID, per user and per charger. Total site consumption is probably not relevant in the app, even for site admin users.

I support this idea! I'm using one easee wallbox together with my neighbour. Therefore I ordered two easee keys in order to separate our chargings and to re-imburse the amount for the electricity charged by my neighbour!

Supports the need of having separat reports per RFID chip as I drive a company car and the consumed power is paid by the company while our second car is our private one. Therfore I must have separat reports. Thank you to bring this to life.

Kann leider nur nicht sagen, wer das alles darf. Da ich ne „Charger“ habe und daher auch natürlich der Besitzer bin, habe ich auch Vollzugriff auf die Box.
Und… warum manche Sachen so kompliziert umgesetzt sind, weiß easee auch nur selbst. Bei manchen logischen Dinge kann ich nur mit dem Kopf schütteln.
Aber ansonsten ist die Box top und daher hat sie seine Berechtigung.

The status has changed in „planned“ since nearly one year. We use two RFIDs to charge on one Easee Wallbox. It shows just the total consumption furthermore. When would it be finally implemented to show the consumption of each user seperately? Thx Thorsten

Dear Developer Team, a consumption report by RFID would be fantastic too; I'm charging three cars on two wall boxes and i assumed that I can create consumption reports be RFID- each car has an own RFID --- I need this for the yearly income taxes because two cars are used for business.

OK understood, so the customization with Excel is not an option.
The best option would be the user subaccounts, as you have locations you would have to be able to create user accounts and then assign the RFID chip to these user accounts. The main account would be the admin starter who can view all accounts and each user would have access to their billing and charging summary.
