Suggestion to put "delete site" and "reset consumption" buttons less central

The delete site button located center in the tools section as well as the reset consumption button under consumption should probably be put away somewhere under account settings. They are very easy to accidentally hit, hope it's not just "yes or no" question if you do.

Thanks for your input. We have moved the button. You also have to type in a code before deleting a site, so you can't complete it by accident :-)
