Charge time not accurate

The charged time is not correct. It doesn't stop the time after charging has finished. For the Statistic it is pretty bad to see times like 12hr charging time

Hi Roneasee!
Charging time at the moment is the duration between when the cable is connected and disconnected from the car, so even if you only actually consumed power for a certain amount of time, if will show.
We are working on getting additional information into the sessions info in the app to show the duration of actual charging as well.
And looking into whether implementing an events log would be useful so you can see how much power was being consumed at what time in the session (for example if you have a 12 hour session, but had a period where the power drawn dropped due to loadbalancing, or a schedule kicking in, you could see that in the event log)

Hi! Thanks for the above! We are new customers to Easee and was planning to use the statistics in the reports for charging base but it doesn't work at all. We have a weekly schedule to avoid the "high price"-period but the report shows then the cable is connected so really looking forward to have the charging time instead of the "cable connected"-time. Please let me know when it will be implemented!

Hi! Any news for this. Talked to Easee at the fair in Stockholm and "Active session" would be great to have implemented. In Sweden (Sollentuna) we have something called effect fee between 07-19 (mon-fri) so we need to charge our users this fee if the charge between those hours. Currently we can not see if their has been any consumption we just see Car connected even if we have a schedule set. Please let me know the status of this Issue.
