Support for kW tariffs at sites

Please add support for kW tariffs and nost just kWh tariffs, i.e. the site measures which chargers contributes to the highest kW loads at a site. It would then be possible for the site to bill these customers for the kW tariff that the site has to pay to electricity grid owner.
