Let users on a site turn their charger on/off

Hi, this hs been suggested before but it would be great if you would add an option for the site admin to let site users have the option to turn on/off chargers by their own. When a site uses open chargers in a community without need for RFID, some people want to turn their chargers on/off for vacation, for guests, or when they have sold or bought an electric car.
